How much does shipping cost?
Orders within Australia
$9.95 Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide for retail orders
FREE Freight Australia Wide when you spend over $49.95 for retail orders
International Orders
A freight quote for your order will be sent via email to you for your approval before your order is shipped. Once we receive your approval, your credit card will then be charged.
Delivery
For quickest delivery, please complete your order by 12pm on any business day. Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (Australia Wide). You should recieve your order within 1 - 3 working days.
For orders received after 12pm Monday - Friday, your order will be dispatched the following day.
For orders recieved between 5pm Friday and 11pm Sunday, your order will be processed the next business day (usually Monday).
If, for any reason, any items cannot be dispatched from your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping within Australia
Online orders for delivery within Australia are mailed via Australia Post. Normally they arrive within 1 - 5 business days from dispatch. The freight charge is clear to you at the time of purchase and this will be charged to your credit card (if applicable). We record all con note / tracking numbers against your Order. We make every endeavor to ensure that our products arrive in good condition, however we cannot take responsibility for the performance of Australia Post or any other Company selected to deliver your goods.
Shipping International
Jessica T ships to most destinations around the world via Australia Post International. A quote, including freight, will be emailed to you for your approval before being sent (for all International Orders only). Orders usually arrive within 10 - 30 business days from dispatch. Jessica T does not accept any responsibility for Customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. International customers will need to check with their local Customs Office in regards to what duty (if any) you may be liable for, when the Order arrives. We record all con note / tracking numbers against your Order. We make every endeavor to ensure that our products arrive in good condition; however we cannot take responsibility for the performance of Australia Post International or any other Company selected to deliver your goods.
Returns and Warranty
We offer a 90 day warranty on our bags, clutches, wallets and boots. We also offer a 30 day warranty on our jewellery, scarves, belts, hats and flats.
